I have another question now lol. For instance my Christopher, he is in the house, but still meeting people and such. Can I still go in a board for instance....Huanted House (well, not like I'd do it, since it's almost over, just an example)and roleplay him there? Or can I only roleplay him in the 'just came in' board until some certain time?

You can bring hin into other boards as soon as you're ready. You're the only one who can decide when he's well enough established for it to make sense to bring him into other boards.
However, we do generally assume that boards occur in the order that they're started, unless otherwise noted. So you might want to take that into consideration.

Thanks, you actually answered my question in the second paragraph. I get it now, just got a little confused for the moment. Thanks.

*raises hand* I have a question.
Does Max have to sleep in a room? She's claustrophobic and sharing a small space with another person might freak her out. And between living in the lab and out on the streets, she's never slept in a bed. Ever. If there's a tree in the backyard, she could make herself a comfortable place to sleep there.

No, she doesn't have to sleep in a room; the rooms are simply available because most people do prefer to sleep indoors, and not everyone can sleep on the couch!

Heh, a very good point. Thankee, I'll move Max into the nearest tree ASAP ;D.

Question:
I found this website called Proindex (http://proindex.proboards28.com/), which is basically a listing of proboards websites, which they want people to add their websites to. I actually found it quite a while ago, and only thought of it again because I had a huge burst of creativity over the weekend (really, it was more of a supernova) and created my own roleplaying website, which I listed there.
But, I'm rambling. My question was; do you want to add ATL to their database?
And yes, I know you're on vacation this week, but I figured I'd go ahead and post this anyway, before I forgot.

Yes, I'll add it to their database right away. *runs off to do that*

This may sound dumb, and you may have answered this a million times, but I've just finished creating my character, and I need to know how to get my character into the house. Do I just go into any of the boards in the Living Room and say that a knocking was heard at the door and wait for an answer? I guess I'm just looking for a new house addition board, and couldn't find one. Also, do we have to get our characters approved before roleplaying them? Thanks.

I think I might be able answer your questions. Starting a board in either the living room or the front yard boards and knocking on the door is usually the customary way of introducing your character to the house. Of the two, I might suggest the front yard, simply because there are already two active boards in the living room, whereas there are none in the front yard board. But either way is fine, really. Of course, you can also come in through the back yard, climb in an open window, or pretty much any other way you can think of, within reason.
No, there's no character approval system. Just go ahead and start roleplaying! Awesome character, by the way, I love the history.

Your character is lovely though. The idea is really different, and I rather like different. -grins-

I really wanted to try something different. A willing genetic modification patient. I just couldn't resist. And I must say I'm very happy with the way she came out.

You should be happy with her.
I know I toyed around with the idea, but I couldn't get it to work right. -Shrugs-
Your character is lovely.

Another fairly dumb question. Sorry for my ignorance on the matter. So, how long do I need to have been introducing my character to roleplay with her in another thread?

Ah, yes, the flow of time in roleplays. In theory, you can put her in any other roleplay any time you want, as long as the other roleplay was started after your introduction board was (because when a board starts is counted as when it occurs). In reality, however, not everyone always abides by that. But to answer your actual question, you can start putting her into other roleplays whenever you're ready.

So I can't jump in on any of the current boards, I need to wait for a new one (wherever it may be) to be created?

Like I said, that's in theory. I'm not gonna lie; I broke that rule once, albeit before I was very familiar with the rules. It's like the code of the pirates in POTC; more a guideline than an actual rule. It basically just keeps the fabric of space-time in our roleplays from getting too tangled up.

And having your character being in several different threads doesn't tangle up the fabric? Just playing, I don't mind, and I understand what you are saying. I'll stick to the rules/guidelines unless a freakishly long time goes by and no one has made a new thread yet.
